Bombardier loses latest appeal of Honolulu rail contract
Ansaldo Honolulu Joint Venture was awarded the core system’s contract, valued at $1.4 billion. Sumitomo Corp. of America , the third bidder, lost appeals with the city and DCCA, but did not pursue the matter in state court.
