Honolulu rail transit board approves $7.2M change order for Kiewit
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation board of directors went into executive session Thursday two hours into its regular meeting in Kapolei to discuss its legal strategies in the wake of last week’s Hawaii Supreme Court ruling that said construction of the rail project should not have started before an archaeological survey was completed for the entire 20-mile line.
